Blogs and facebook are soooo.......

I think it has taken awhile for the social media thingy to mutate enough that I can handle it.
I am definitely a slow learner, and generally speak before I think, so it is a good thing that everyone seems to be catching on to the etiquette of social media also.
Some things I have noticed:

• People do seem to be trying to speak more by looking you in the eye, and not while they are texting someone else.
• Seldom do I read a complete "burn" on Facebook anymore.  People are catching on that it always gets back to the intended victim and generally gets worse!
• I, and a whole lot of other people are starting to grasp the idea that just because someone doesn't comment on your blog doesn't mean they haven't read what you said.
• I finally understand that no one wants to hear our greivances or look at our dirty laundry; everyone has their own, and just want to laugh, not be reminded that they have a less than perfect life.

I love the world through a toodlers eyes.  Everything is new and exciting....

With fun things to learn every day.
I think 50 can be the same way....

So, here is my new list of things I want to do before I turn 60:

• Go to college
• enter an art contest
• go to the Hogwarts thingy in Florida
• See the broadway play "wicked"

Well anyway, it's a start!
